Abaco Vacuum Lifter is designed to lift, move, and install large glass sheets within permissible work load limits.

What's outstanding about Abaco Vacuum Lifter?

Two independent vacuum systems ensure continuous and safe operation in case of a system failure.
The lifter has up to 10 small vacuum pads, evenly distributing vacuum force to safely lift thin or fragile glass sheets.
Easily detach the vacuum pads to adjust the positions according to the size of the lifted glass sheet.
Battery-powered operation offers convenience and flexibility in warehouses, factories, and construction sites without requiring electricity or compressed air.
Flexible operation with an automatic flipping system powered by electric cylinders, allowing the device to tilt from a horizontal to a vertical position and vice versa with precision and safety.
A visual and audible alarm system enhances safety and ensures effective handling for the operator.
The unit also allows 360-degree rotation and seamless flipping between horizontal and vertical orientations.

DELIVERY
We ship via a network of couriers and freight providers depending on order size.
• Small items: sent via standard courier (e.g. Australia Post)
• Large items: shipped as palletised freight (e.g. TNT)
Estimated delivery (metro NSW & nearby states): 1–3 business days
(All timeframes are estimates and subject to courier availability)

OVERSIZED DELIVERIES
Many products require forklift unloading.
• Customers must ensure appropriate unloading equipment is available (if required)
• We may contact you prior to dispatch to confirm. If no forklift is available, we can arrange a tailgate or alternative service if required (additional charges may apply)
• Failed deliveries may incur re-delivery fees as charged by the respective courier.

PICKUP
Warehouse pickup is available at checkout.
We will contact you prior to pickup to confirm package details and pick up date.

CUSTOMER-ARRANGED FREIGHT
You may organise your own courier. Please choose pickup at checkout and contact us so we can process your request.

PERIOD
The warranty starts from the date of purchase (date on distributors invoice).
Warranty is valid for a period of twelve (12) months.

WARRANTY
This warranty is limited only to provide replacements of the parts recognized by the Company as defective (excluding worn-outs and consumables.)
The Company is not responsible for any misuse or abuse of the product after purchase and/or caused by negligence from the content of this manual.
In an event of equipment failure to operate the machine and/or requiring technical support, operator/user is requested to contact with our Customer Support Department. Our member will inform you (operator/user) of the appropriate procedures accordingly and how to file warranty claim and advise you to your nearest approved service center.

EXCLUSIONS
Warranty does not apply for damages or failures caused by:
Misuses, errors in transportation, incorrect handling or failing to maintain the equipment appropriately.
Use of non-genuine parts/accessories, or of incorrect specifications.

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund; the customer covers return shipping.
Opened products incur a 20% return fee, with additional charges based on condition.
