SELF-LOCKING TROLLEY HANDLES

SLT13M2 and SLT13M3 are family collections of the Self Locking Trolley series. This compilation handles consumer concerns and provides solutions for solving issues with the material slabs.

What's outstanding about Self Locking Trolley?

  • Rubber pads are vulcanized on the V-channel and clamping jaws of the Self Locking Trolley to avoid contact damage 
  • Designed with self-locking jaws for convenient use. The clamp plate will clamp automatically and hold the slab firmly during movement. 
  • Clamping strength is proportional to the weight of the slab; the heavier the slab, the stronger the clamping force
  • The compact design of the Self Locking Trolley fits any confined space 
  • The handle rod can be adjustable the length according to the requirement of the operator.
  • The construction consists of detachable components. The trolley is simple to disassemble and reassemble for flexibility in transportation and packaging.

Delivery / Local Pickup

DELIVERY
We ship via a network of couriers and freight providers depending on order size.
• Small items: sent via standard courier (e.g. Australia Post)
• Large items: shipped as palletised freight (e.g. TNT)
Estimated delivery (metro NSW & nearby states): 1–3 business days
(All timeframes are estimates and subject to courier availability)

OVERSIZED DELIVERIES
Many products require forklift unloading.
• Customers must ensure appropriate unloading equipment is available (if required)
• We may contact you prior to dispatch to confirm. If no forklift is available, we can arrange a tailgate or alternative service if required (additional charges may apply)
• Failed deliveries may incur re-delivery fees as charged by the respective courier.

PICKUP
Warehouse pickup is available at checkout.
We will contact you prior to pickup to confirm package details and pick up date.

CUSTOMER-ARRANGED FREIGHT
You may organise your own courier. Please choose pickup at checkout and contact us so we can process your request.

Warranty

1 Year

PERIOD
The warranty starts from the date of purchase (date on distributors invoice).
Warranty is valid for a period of twelve (12) months.

WARRANTY
This warranty is limited only to provide replacements of the parts recognized by the Company as defective (excluding worn-outs and consumables.)
The Company is not responsible for any misuse or abuse of the product after purchase and/or caused by negligence from the content of this manual.
In an event of equipment failure to operate the machine and/or requiring technical support, operator/user is requested to contact with our Customer Support Department. Our member will inform you (operator/user) of the appropriate procedures accordingly and how to file warranty claim and advise you to your nearest approved service center.

EXCLUSIONS
Warranty does not apply for damages or failures caused by:
Misuses, errors in transportation, incorrect handling or failing to maintain the equipment appropriately.
Use of non-genuine parts/accessories, or of incorrect specifications.
Returns

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund; the customer covers return shipping.
Opened products incur a 20% return fee, with additional charges based on condition.
