ABACO RATCHET SEAM SETTER

I. Equipment General Information

The Ratchet Seam Setter M2 (ARSS2) features a straightforward adjustment mechanism integrated into its design. This tool efficiently connects and aligns two pieces of material, such as slabs, stones, or tiles, along their edges before gluing.

The Ratchet Seam Setter is an essential tool for professionals in the stone, slab, and tile industries, enhancing time efficiency and productivity.

The operator can easily adjust the gap between two pieces of material by repeatedly modifying the ratchet handle.
The suction cups are made from soft rubber, ensuring strong adhesion while preventing damage or scratches to the material surfaces.
The Ratchet Seam Setter is primarily constructed from aluminum, making it lightweight yet durable.
It includes two suction cups, adjustable knobs, and an attached pusher to protect countertop surfaces.
Two connecting racks (also known as rails) and two suction cups work together to quickly and accurately align two pieces of material at the same height with a consistent gap.

DELIVERY
We ship via a network of couriers and freight providers depending on order size.

OVERSIZED DELIVERIES
Many products require forklift unloading.

• We may contact you prior to dispatch to confirm. If no forklift is available, we can arrange a tailgate or alternative service if required (additional charges may apply)
• Failed deliveries may incur re-delivery fees as charged by the respective courier.

PICKUP
Warehouse pickup is available at checkout.
We will contact you prior to pickup to confirm package details and pick up date.

CUSTOMER-ARRANGED FREIGHT
You may organise your own courier. Please choose pickup at checkout and contact us so we can process your request.

PERIOD
The warranty starts from the date of purchase (date on distributors invoice).
Warranty is valid for a period of twelve (12) months.

WARRANTY
This warranty is limited only to provide replacements of the parts recognized by the Company as defective (excluding worn-outs and consumables.)
The Company is not responsible for any misuse or abuse of the product after purchase and/or caused by negligence from the content of this manual.
In an event of equipment failure to operate the machine and/or requiring technical support, operator/user is requested to contact with our Customer Support Department. Our member will inform you (operator/user) of the appropriate procedures accordingly and how to file warranty claim and advise you to your nearest approved service center.

EXCLUSIONS
Warranty does not apply for damages or failures caused by:
Misuses, errors in transportation, incorrect handling or failing to maintain the equipment appropriately.
Use of non-genuine parts/accessories, or of incorrect specifications.

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund; the customer covers return shipping.
Opened products incur a 20% return fee, with additional charges based on condition.
