ABACO 4 WHEEL SLAB/GIANT DOLLY

I. Equipment General Information

- The 4 Wheel Slab Dolly is designed for moving stone slabs around warehouses, construction sites, and other locations.

- This device is compact and convenient to operate in small workspaces.

- It effectively optimizes time and employee energy when moving and storing stone slabs with the assistance of our Slab Dolly.

- GDS003 and SDS003 are two versions of the Slab Dolly series. These products meet consumer needs and offer alternative methods for handling different sizes of stone slabs.

II. Features and Benefits

- The Slab Dolly is constructed from steel, ensuring sturdiness and durability.

- The U-shaped body maintains the balance of the slabs.

- The body is stabilized by four wheels, including two solid wheels and two swivel casters, allowing for easy direction changes and transportation of stone slabs.

- A rubber vulcanized channel protects slabs from chipping and scratching during transport.

- It has a significant handling capacity, with a maximum load of up to 880 pounds (400 kg).

DELIVERY
We ship via a network of couriers and freight providers depending on order size.
• Small items: sent via standard courier (e.g. Australia Post)
• Large items: shipped as palletised freight (e.g. TNT)
Estimated delivery (metro NSW & nearby states): 1–3 business days
(All timeframes are estimates and subject to courier availability)

OVERSIZED DELIVERIES
Many products require forklift unloading.
• Customers must ensure appropriate unloading equipment is available (if required)
• We may contact you prior to dispatch to confirm. If no forklift is available, we can arrange a tailgate or alternative service if required (additional charges may apply)
• Failed deliveries may incur re-delivery fees as charged by the respective courier.

PICKUP
Warehouse pickup is available at checkout.
We will contact you prior to pickup to confirm package details and pick up date.

CUSTOMER-ARRANGED FREIGHT
You may organise your own courier. Please choose pickup at checkout and contact us so we can process your request.

PERIOD
The warranty starts from the date of purchase (date on distributors invoice).
Warranty is valid for a period of twelve (12) months.

WARRANTY
This warranty is limited only to provide replacements of the parts recognized by the Company as defective (excluding worn-outs and consumables.)
The Company is not responsible for any misuse or abuse of the product after purchase and/or caused by negligence from the content of this manual.
In an event of equipment failure to operate the machine and/or requiring technical support, operator/user is requested to contact with our Customer Support Department. Our member will inform you (operator/user) of the appropriate procedures accordingly and how to file warranty claim and advise you to your nearest approved service center.

EXCLUSIONS
Warranty does not apply for damages or failures caused by:
Misuses, errors in transportation, incorrect handling or failing to maintain the equipment appropriately.
Use of non-genuine parts/accessories, or of incorrect specifications.

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund; the customer covers return shipping.
Opened products incur a 20% return fee, with additional charges based on condition.
