Safely lift and move non-porous materials by dual pump vacuum lifter

Abaco Dual Pump Vacuum Lifter is ideal for lifting/lowering and transporting stone slabs or other non-porous materials with an allowable workload limit.

Stone Slab Lifter is usually combined with a hoist to lift stone slabs onto a working table or move it within a warehouse, or workshop.

What's outstanding about Dual Pump Vacuum Lifter?

Flexible create the vacuum force in two ways by using compressed air available in the warehouse or by the hand pump to lift non-porous materials.
The vacuum force is always maintained steadily during the working process.
Soft-rubber suction cups enhance the adhesion between the stone slab and the suction cups as well as prevent damage.
A double audio-visual alarm is integrated to warn lower pressure while operating.
Simple and compact design for easy transport and storage.

DELIVERY
We ship via a network of couriers and freight providers depending on order size.
• Small items: sent via standard courier (e.g. Australia Post)
• Large items: shipped as palletised freight (e.g. TNT)

OVERSIZED DELIVERIES
Many products require forklift unloading.
• Customers must ensure appropriate unloading equipment is available (if required)
• We may contact you prior to dispatch to confirm. If no forklift is available, we can arrange a tailgate or alternative service if required (additional charges may apply)
• Failed deliveries may incur re-delivery fees as charged by the respective courier.

PICKUP
Warehouse pickup is available at checkout.
We will contact you prior to pickup to confirm package details and pick up date.

CUSTOMER-ARRANGED FREIGHT

PERIOD
The warranty starts from the date of purchase (date on distributors invoice).
Warranty is valid for a period of twelve (12) months.

WARRANTY
This warranty is limited only to provide replacements of the parts recognized by the Company as defective (excluding worn-outs and consumables.)
The Company is not responsible for any misuse or abuse of the product after purchase and/or caused by negligence from the content of this manual.
In an event of equipment failure to operate the machine and/or requiring technical support, operator/user is requested to contact with our Customer Support Department. Our member will inform you (operator/user) of the appropriate procedures accordingly and how to file warranty claim and advise you to your nearest approved service center.

EXCLUSIONS
Warranty does not apply for damages or failures caused by:
Misuses, errors in transportation, incorrect handling or failing to maintain the equipment appropriately.
Use of non-genuine parts/accessories, or of incorrect specifications.

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund; the customer covers return shipping.
Opened products incur a 20% return fee, with additional charges based on condition.
